Coles shopper, please take note: as of Wednesday, 18th March, Coles supermarkets will be making temporary changes to their trading. This includes Coles Muswellbrook and Scone.
- Trading hours will be adjusted to allow staff ample opportunity to restock shelves and prepare the stores.
Trading hours will be 7am until 8pm. However, from 7am til 8am, access will be limited. - Between 7am and 8am, stores will be open to Elderly and Disabled persons ONLY! You will need to show a goverment issued pension card, Seniors health card or health care card to gain access to the stores. This is to ensure everyone has access to the necessities in these trying times.
- As of Wednesday, Coles Online (click & Collect) will no longer be available. If you have orders in already, please contact Customer Care on 1800 455 400 to confirm the status of your order. As far as I am aware, all orders will be cancelled until further notice.
Please remember that none of these decisions were made at a store level, but made by the company. Please be kind to retail workers, we really are trying our best!
