Emergency services were called to a serious assault that occurred at a Leagues Club in Lake Haven last night around 10:30pm.
Two people were stabbed and suffered serious injuries.
One victim was a male victim who was airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital with serious injuries. His age is unknown at this stage.
A second female victim also suffered a serious stab wound and was also airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital. Her age is unknown at this stage.
It’s unclear at this stage if the two stabbed each other or if there was another person responsible for the stabbing.
NSW Police are yet to make a public comment on the incident
