36 YEAR OLD FEMALE ARRESTED FOR MID RANGE PCA AFTER COLLISION – WARNERS BAY
Around 12:10am on 21 February, 2020 a 36 year old female was driving an Audi Q3 along Bayview Street, Warners Bay. She attempted to change a song on her mobile phone that was fitted in a legal mobile device.
At this time she has left the roadway and collided with a power pole near a pedestrian crossing in the location.
Police attended and breath tested the female driver and the test returned a positive result. She was arrested and taken to Belmont Police Station where a breath analysis returned a reading of 0.101 – the Mid Range.
The female was charged with Mid Range PCA and her licence was immediately suspended.
