Have you seen the Swansea clown?

For the past week I have noticed people posting about clown coming out after dark around Swansea at Lake Macquarie.

The clown appears to just walk around there has been no reports of the clown causing any trouble. The Swansea clown is receiving a mixed response from the local community, whilst some people think it’s just all a joke, other users in the community are not so amused by the clown.
