Man who crashed into a brick fence returned a PCA reading 6 times the limit

A 47 year old man was charged with High Range PCA today after colliding with a brick fence on Nelson Bay Rd, Fern Bay about 1:50pm.

The man was arrested at the scene transported to Raymond Terrace Police Station, where he returned a reading of 0.316, more than 6 times the legal limit.

He was charged with High Range PCA and his licence immediately suspended. The man will appear before Raymond Terrace Local Court in June. Luckily, no injuries were reported. 🚓🚓🚓
