- Around 3am shots were fired in Mills Crescent Cessnock.
- Residents were woken by the police and told to stay indoors.
- Multiple crime scenes have been established.
- A police dog was brought in to sniff the suspect out.
- Mills Cresent was closed off
- Shell petrol station near Cessnock high has been tapped off by police.
It’s unclear if any suspects were arrested but it’s clear this is an going investigation, forensic teams have been examining the crime scenes throughout the day.
