SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH – JERRYS PLAINS – GOLDEN HWY CLOSED BOTH DIRECTIONS

JERRYS PLAINS:

Golden Hwy (Jerrys Plains Rd) – east of Lemington Rd, a single car has crashed and closed the road in both directions.

Diversions:
Light vehicles eastbound: Lemington Rd and New England Hwy.
Heavy vehicles eastbound: Denman Rd and New England Hwy.

Westbound: all vehicles are being turned around at the checking station 2km east of the crash, to then use Putty Rd and the New England Hwy.

Emergency and salvage crews are on site and the road is not expected to re-open for several hours.
