An unfortunate but necessary reminder – Kids before meth

An unfortunate but necessary reminder for some parents, dropping your kids off to school high on meth is unacceptable.

South Australian police have just started a back to school anti-drug driving campaign to remind parents that traces of drugs remains in your system even once the high is gone.

Police will be targeting school zones this week as kids return to school and any one driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol have a high chance of being caught.

Over the past week we have seen the devastating consequences that drug driving can have when a 67-year-old woman was killed by a driver high on ice on the Central Coast.

Drug driving is a serious problem and simply cutting their license up is not enough to deter them from getting behind the wheel, in fact, most are already disqualified from driving when caught, ice addicts are a danger to the community.
