Two Newcastle City Lifeguards, Scott and Mick, recently saved a woman’s life when she was swept from the Canoe Pool into the ocean and onto the rock shelf during high seas and rough conditions.
Their quick and decisive action averted what could have been a tragedy.
We are forever grateful for their part in this rescue and the woman involved has expressed her most heartfelt thanks in a letter.
