Cessnock, NSW – On Monday, December 4th, 2023, at 9:10 AM, officers from the Hunter Valley Highway Patrol stopped a Mitsubishi Outlander driven by a 32-year-old woman. Upon checking her license, the officers discovered that she was the holder of a New South Wales class C learner license but was not supervised by an authorized person at the time of the stop.
