Cessnock Independents’ Trivia Night Draws Massive Crowd!
Cessnock Trivia Night Fundraiser Draws Massive Crowd!
Last night, the Cessnock Independent’s trivia fundraiser event drew an impressive crowd, with an estimated 90 to 120 people filling the ECBC in Cessnock. The event was a key fundraising effort for the independent campaign, which is fielding multiple candidates across every ward in the upcoming Cessnock local elections.
Independent Mayoral Candidate Daniel Watton expressed his enthusiasm on social media: “Last night’s Trivia Night Fundraiser was a HUGE success! It’s amazing to see such strong support from our community. Thank you to everyone who came out! A massive THANK YOU to all the amazing volunteers who worked so hard to make this event possible—we couldn’t have done it without you.”
With the local elections approaching rapidly, the Independent team is gearing up for a vigorous campaign. Watton and his team are preparing to engage with voters through meet-and-greet events and more campaign activities. As the election draws nearer, the Independent candidates are focusing on mobilizing support and sharing their vision for Cessnock’s future.
“Not long to go now until the election,” Watton noted. “Stay tuned for more updates on our candidates, upcoming events, and opportunities to get involved with our campaign.”
The high turnout at the trivia night is seen as a positive sign for the Independent campaign as they head into the final stretch before election day.
