Operational Update Saturday 21 December A hot and challenging day for all fire fighters yesterday in extreme fire conditions. All fires in Hunter area are currently at Advice level. The Crumps fire remains within containment lines. There are still active pockets of fire on North Rd, Sweetmans Creek Rd and Watagan Creek Rd. The Little L fire is still active on its northern extent, south of Milbrodale. The Owendale fire is challenging us with is steep and rugged terrain making containment difficult.
