A home has been destroyed following a major house fire in Raymond Terrace on Friday night.
Emergency services were called to Troman Parade about 9pm on 9 January 2026 after reports a house was alight. Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Raymond Terrace arrived to find the property fully engulfed in flames, prompting the declaration of a second-alarm fire and the deployment of additional resources.
Firefighters from Tarro, Wallsend, Minmi and Lambton were called in to assist as crews worked to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to neighbouring properties. NSW Police and NSW Ambulance were also in attendance, providing support at the scene.
