A woman has suffered horrendous leg injuries after being thrown from a quad bike and falling into a dam.
Just after midday yesterday, NSW Ambulance responded to calls for help after a quad bike accident on a property at My Thorley.
Local paramedics and the rescue helicopter critical care medical team treated the woman at the scene before the woman was airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital.
