Matthew Robert Breckenbrige has been charged with the alleged Murder of Scott Parrot at Beresfield Train Station last night just before 6pm.
Mathew Robert Breckenbridge was known to police and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest after failing to show up to court on shoplifting charges.
Police have a very strong case, with the whole incident caught on CCTV.
Mathew Breckenbridge was refused bail.
