The fires near me app has gone a little crazy today users who have set up a watch zone to receive notification of new fires in your area and or to receive updates on current fires, some users are reporting that they receiving the same notification over and over again every few minutes.
At this stage I have not been able to fix the problem I have reinstalled the app, deleted and created new watch zones, but noting works.
It only happens once a fire is upgraded to watch n act.
Hopefully someone has the answer or the problem fixes itself .
