Hit-and-Run in East Branxton Leaves Fence and Gate Severely Damaged
East Branxton, 27th June 2023 – A disturbing incident occurred last night on Wyndham Street, East Branxton, as a car crashed into a side fence and gate, causing extensive damage. The incident took place at approximately 8:54 PM, leaving residents shocked.
The incident caught on camera, shows four individuals were involved in the crash, two of whom were seen wearing masks. The reckless driver and passengers fled the scene on foot, running up Wyndham Street before turning down Lindsay Street. The identities and motives of the individuals remain unknown at this time.
Local authorities were promptly alerted, and the Singleton Police were dispatched to the scene. Law enforcement officers arrived swiftly to assess the situation and initiate an investigation. The damaged car was towed away for forensic analysis, as the occupants did not have gloves on, potentially leaving behind valuable fingerprints and evidence.
