Detectives are appealing for information after a startling weapons haul in the Hunter Region — a toolbox filled with rifles and 3D-printed guns.
The discovery was made just after 3:15pm on Tuesday when Strike Force Leeville detectives, backed by Hunter Valley Police, searched a Barnsley property.
Inside the garage, officers found two rifles alongside a stash of 3D-printed firearm parts, all seized for forensic testing.
A 59-year-old man at the property was spoken to, though no charges have yet been laid.
Police are now urging anyone with information about the origins or ownership of the weapons to come forward.
