BUSHFIRE UPDATE – Coolawine Trail, Paynes Crossing – 1:45 PM, Sunday, May 21st
RFS teams are present at a bushfire site along the Coolawine Trail, battling to control the fire in challenging terrain. Presently, the fire is classified at the ADVICE level, indicating that it has ignited but does not pose an immediate threat. It is advisable to stay informed in case the situation evolves.
Due to heightened winds this afternoon, the fire has breached certain containment lines, necessitating additional crews to offer support.
