Information Sought After Alleged Incident at Maitland Business
A Maitland business is seeking public assistance following an alleged incident involving a suspected shoplifting and staff being threatened.
In a statement, Maxi Save Maitland said a woman wearing red allegedly left the store with unpaid items before being confronted by staff.
It is further alleged that during the interaction, the woman threatened employees with a taser before leaving the scene.
The business has confirmed it has provided police with details of a vehicle believed to be involved, including registration plates.
They are now appealing to the public for any information that may help identify the person involved.
