A man has died following a motorcycle crash in Mount Vincent in the Hunter region.
Emergency services were called to Sandy Creek Road shortly after 8:30 am on Sunday, after reports that a motorcycle had left the road and collided with a tree.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the rider, believed to be in his 60s, for serious injuries, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The man has not yet been formally identified.
Hunter Valley Police have established a crime scene and launched an investigation. A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash to come forward.
