A man has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital after being found with serious head injuries on the Central Coast late last night.
Emergency services were called to Cutler Drive, Wyong, at around 10.30pm following reports a man was lying injured on the roadway.
Paramedics treated the man at the scene before he was airlifted in a serious condition.
NSW Police have launched an investigation to identify the man and determine the circumstances surrounding how he sustained his injuries.
