🌊 Flash flooding across low-lying areas

- Sudden, dangerous flash flooding — never walk, ride or drive through floodwaters.
- Falling trees and powerlines due to extreme winds.
- Water damage from blocked gutters and overflowing drains.
- Loose items like trampolines, toys and bins turning into flying debris.
