Around 12pm on Wednesday emergency services responded to a grass fire at Weston which took hold pretty fast and threatened business in the area, in all 14 fire crews attended the fire and firebird 287 commenced water bombing.
Fortunately no business we’re damaged as a result of the quick response from fire crews who managed to gain upper hand after a few hours of intense firefighting.
