Three other men arrested at Rouse Hill were charged with 11 offences each, including possessing more than three unregistered firearms, one of which was a prohibited pistol, multiple counts of possessing suspected stolen goods, possessing or using prohibited weapons without a permit, possessing ammunition without authority, and taking part in a criminal group contributing to criminal activity.
One of those men, a 23-year-old, was further charged with an additional eight offences over his alleged involvement in a public place shooting at Tallawong. Those charges include firing a firearm at a dwelling with disregard for safety, a special aggravated break and enter while armed, possessing loaded firearms in a public place, possessing or using prohibited weapons, being carried in a conveyance taken without the owner’s consent, and further criminal group offences.
