Teen pulled from car after it plunges into dam at Ferodale

A teenage girl has been rushed to hospital after a car crashed into Grahamstown Dam at Richardson Road, Ferodale, in the early hours of this morning.

The incident happened just before 7:30am, sparking a major emergency response to the scene.

Rescue crews worked quickly to free the girl from the vehicle before she was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Police are now investigating how the car ended up in the dam.
