Two People Rescued After Serious Single-Vehicle Crash at Buchanan, Hunter Region
Emergency crews have rescued two people following a serious motor vehicle crash at Buchanan, in the Hunter region, on Sunday evening. At approximately 6:26pm, emergency services were activated to reports of a person trapped following a single-vehicle collision on Buchanan Road. Upon arrival, responders found a vehicle that had left the roadway and come to rest a significant distance from the road, sustaining heavy damage. A rescue helicopter was seen arriving at the scene as NSW Ambulance paramedics assessed the two occupants still inside the vehicle.
