Police are urgently appealing for public assistance to help locate a man missing from the Central Coast, with serious concerns held for his safety due to ongoing medical issues.
Raymond McIntyre, aged 40, was last seen in Jennings Street, Wyong, on Saturday 20 December 2025. Since that time, he has not been seen or heard from, prompting growing concern from both police and family.
Officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified of Raymond’s disappearance and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts. As the days have passed with no confirmed sightings, police say concerns for his welfare have increased significantly, particularly as Raymond lives with several medical conditions that may place him at risk.
Raymond is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170 centimetres tall, of a thin build, with a shaved head and brown eyes. He is also a left-hand amputee. At the time he was last seen, Raymond was wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts.
Police believe Raymond may be travelling between, or frequenting, the Wyong, Tuggerah Lakes and Shellharbour areas, and are urging residents in those locations to remain vigilant.
An image of Raymond is available on NSW Police Force social media pages, and police are asking anyone who may have seen him, or who has information about his movements since 20 December, to come forward immediately.
Anyone with information that could assist police is urged to contact their local police station or Crime Stoppers. Even the smallest detail could be vital in helping locate Raymond and ensuring his safe return.
