7 Day State Of Emergency 🚨 Declared NSW

For the second time in a month NSW has been forced to declare a state of emergency due to the ongoing bushfire crisis gripping the state.

A state of emergency gives our emergency services additional powers and funding which they would not usually have.

What powers could be used?

• Forced evacuation could be implemented.
• To direct any Government agency to conduct or cease operations.
• Shut down vital infrastructure in the declared zone such as power, water, gas.
• To destroy or bulldoze buildings
