Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a teenage boy missing from Charlestown in the Lake Macquarie region.
Seventeen-year-old Izack Koos was last seen at a home in Charlestown on Friday 3 July 2026 and has not been seen or heard from since.
Officers from the Lake Macquarie Police District were notified after he could not be located or contacted, and inquiries into his whereabouts are ongoing.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.
Izack is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 165–170cm tall, with a thin build, brown hair and brown eyes.
He may be travelling in a silver Toyota Corolla with NSW registration HK483.
He is known to frequent the Charlestown area, as well as Redhead Beach, Catherine Hill Bay, Cooks Hill and The Junction.
