Man Charged After Fire Destroys Home and Vehicles in Warners Bay

A 47-year-old man has been charged after allegedly setting fire to a home, an SUV, and a motorcycle in Warners Bay late last night. Emergency services were called to Margaret Street just after 11pm on Monday, 9 June 2025, following reports of a house fire. Fire and Rescue NSW crews arrived to find the home and two vehicles fully alight. Despite efforts to contain the blaze, the property was completely destroyed. Fortunately, the house was unoccupied at the time and no injuries have been reported.
