
Appeal to Find Missing Teen Last Seen in Fletcher
Police are urgently seeking public assistance to locate a teenage boy who has gone missing from the state’s north.
Ryan Forrest, 15, was last seen on Prestwick Street in Fletcher about 12pm on Monday, 20 April 2026. After he could not be contacted or located, officers from the Newcastle Police District were notified on Friday, 24 April, and immediately began inquiries into his whereabouts.
Concerns are growing for Ryan’s welfare due to his age.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 150cm tall, with light brown hair and brown eyes.
Ryan is known to frequent a number of locations across the Hunter region, including Greenhills Shopping Centre, Thornton Shopping Centre, and surrounding suburbs such as Maitland, Woodberry, Rutherford and Tenambit.
Police have released an image of Ryan via NSW Police Force social media pages as part of the appeal.
