
House Fire Engulfs Adamstown Home, 30 Firefighters Battle Blaze for Hours
Last night around 6 p.m., Fire and Rescue NSW responded to a significant house fire on Narrara Road in Adamstown. Crews from Station 376 Merewether and Station 357 Lambton arrived to find a single-story house fully engulfed in flames, with nearby homes also at risk. Additional support was provided by firefighters from Station 255 Charlestown, as well as NSW Ambulance and NSW Police. It took approximately 30 firefighters four hours to bring the blaze under control.
