Maitland Paralympian Jenna Jones Ready for Paris 2024
Maitland’s own Paralympian swimmer, Jenna Jones, is gearing up for the 2024 Paralympics in Paris. Jenna will be competing in the Para-swimming events, taking on the 100m Backstroke, 100m Freestyle, and 100m Breaststroke in the S12, SB12, and SM12 classifications.
Jenna’s hard work and dedication paid off at the 2023 World Para Swimming Championships, where she secured a silver medal in the 100m Backstroke S12.
Although Jenna now resides and trains on the Sunshine Coast, the entire Maitland community is cheering her on as she prepares for Paris. Best of luck, Jenna—we can’t wait to see you shine on the world stage!
