Police have launched an urgent search for 13-year-old Phoebe Munoz, who vanished after leaving a Toronto school yesterday afternoon. Phoebe was last seen around 2pm on Wednesday (12 November 2025) on Field Avenue, Toronto, but hasn’t been seen or heard from since. When she couldn’t be contacted, Lake Macquarie Police began investigating her disappearance. Family and police hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her age.
