Appeal for dash cam footage after a hit and run car accident on Buchanan Rd between 9:50am and 10:50am on the 6/12/19 The driver of the vehicle escaped uninjured but left in shock that someone would just flea the scence of an accident. This behavior is becoming far to common around the Hunter lately and harsher penalties for those who flea the scence of accident are required.
