
Australian international border reopening plans suspended, amid Omicron Variant
The Morrison government will suspend the re-opening of Australia’s international borders on December 1 due to global concerns over the spread of the new Omicron variant. Australia’s international borders will remain closed beyond December 1 after the National Security Committee decided to suspend the reopening plan.
