Cessnock residents have awoken to an unexpected sight this morning when a Hunter Valley hot air balloon has made what looks to be an an awkward landing at a soccer oval in South Cessnock. From the picture above, you can see just how close this balloon has come to residential housing. We have since been informed that this was normal safe landing at Badley park....
