Authorities are seeking assistance in locating Sophie Fletcher, a 12-year-old girl, who was last spotted departing Newcastle Interchange on a bus bound for the Nelson Bay region at approximately 1:40 pm on Monday, May 13th, 2024.
Sophie was last observed sporting two pigtails, dressed in denim shorts, a black hoodie, white socks, and white slide sandals, while carrying a black backpack. Notably, she frequents areas including Rutherford, Newcastle, and Liverpool.
Concerned citizens are urged to reach out to Monaro Police District or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000 if they have any information regarding Sophie’s whereabouts.
