A man and woman have been arrested over alleged firearm offences in the Lower Hunter region. Police launched an investigation late Sunday evening (4 May) after receiving a report from a member of the public regarding a social media video allegedly showing a man firing a gun out of a moving vehicle on two separate occasions.
