A teacher at All Saints College Maitland has been terminated and had his teaching credentials revoked following serious allegations of sexual misconduct involving a student. The 39-year-old male teacher, charged by NSW Police, has been relieved of his duties, as confirmed by the acting principal, Nathan Mansfield. The allegations, which include nine counts of sexual intercourse with a person under care between the ages of 17 and 18, led to the teacher being granted conditional bail, pending a court appearance at the end of the month.
