Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing in the Port Stephens area. Darshan Sigel, aged 13, was travelling from Sydney to the north coast with his mother, when they stopped in a carpark at the intersection of Pacific Highway and Masonite Road, Heatherbrae, for a rest.
