Summer Fleming Dead: Partner Jethro Gamueda Charged with Murder in Rutherford A 20-year-old woman, Summer Fleming, has died after an alleged domestic assault at her Rutherford home early Monday morning. Her 31-year-old partner, Jethro Gamueda, was arrested at the scene and charged with murder. Emergency services found Fleming unresponsive with serious facial injuries at around 4:45 am on Unicomb Close. Despite paramedics’ efforts, she could not be revived.
