Port Stephens Hunter Police are urgently investigating a disturbing incident from Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 3:55 PM in Riverside Park, Raymond Terrace. A 3-year-old child was struck by an unregistered motorbike, resulting in the child being rushed to the hospital. Authorities are desperately seeking information to identify the rider or owner of the bike shown in the images below.
