Police conducting routine speed enforcement northbound on the Pacific Highway, North Boambee Valley detected a vehicle traveling faster than the signposted speed of 100kmph, police quickly activated their lights and sirens and pulled the vehicle over.

Officers spoke with the 34-year-old male driver and conducted a search of the vehicle, in the boot of the vehicle police 3 large stripped travel bags containing large vacuum-sealed bags of cannabis, 28kg of cannabis was seized with a street value of 250k.
