Newcastle city police are appealing for help to identify the bicycle bandit who was captured on cctv on the 1st of December.
Police said this man could help them with their ongoing investigation but did not go into particular details of the crime.
The cctv photos released depict a man wearing a bicycle helmet looking at items in a yard.
