Around 11:30pm Novemeber 30 Police attached to the Port Stephens Hunter Valley District attended a hit and run on Flat Rd Bolwarra.
A 63 year old man was struck by a car, He was treated by NSW Ambulance and taken to John Hunter Hospital where he later died from injuries suffered from the hit and run.
Police are appealing for anyone who may of seen this incident or has dashcam footage or information about the vehicle involved to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
