We have all been warned that this lockdown is serious. Yesterday Newcastle City Police had stopped a man twice during the day and gave him two warnings to head home.
Later that afternoon, police observed the same man sitting on a park bench eating a kebab. Police issued the man a $1000 fine for failing to comply with Ministerial directions under the Public Health Act.
