Ford mustang detected at 170km/h on Conrod Straight, Mt Panorama. About 6pm on Saturday 13th of April 2024, officers attached to Bathurst Highway Patrol, detected an orange Ford mustang travelling as high as 170km/h before reducing to 164km/h in the signposted 60km/h residential area. The driver, 22year old male from Kellyville in Sydney was stopped and spoken to about his speed, to which he replied, “I was just driving”.
