
Major Flood Warning Issued for Paterson – Watch and Act
The NSW State Emergency Service (SES) has issued a Watch and Act flood warning for Paterson and surrounding areas, urging residents to stay alert and avoid all floodwaters as major flooding continues. The Paterson River at Gostwyck Bridge is currently at 12.32 metres and falling slowly, but the Bureau of Meteorology warns renewed rises above the major flood level (12.20 m) are expected overnight Thursday.
